HMC Manufactoring designs and manufactures a wide range of medical components of its own design and at the same time supports its customers in the development and production of moulds and of customised components.

With regard to customers with specific needs, HMC can also become a production partner, using the customer’s own equipment or investing in dedicated moulds and methods to comply with product exclusivity.

Making use of cutting-edge technologies and thanks to the skills of its staff, HMC is able to follow and support the customer in the study, design, production and subsequent marketing of medical items.

HMC can work on a wide range of materials for the most varied applications in order to meet the needs of the pharmaceutical and medical sector.

HMC makes use of its own internal mechanical workshop, with CNC machine tools assisted by CAD-CAM stations, which allows you to manage the maintenance and construction of moulds and spare parts.

The internal management of maintenance (ordinary and extraordinary) guarantees an immediate intervention in the production, a reduction in the setting-up times and a better duration over time.

 

All stages of the production flow are developed and managed under controlled conditions, according to the procedures of the Quality Management System defined in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 13485 standard.
